Just a quick update on the Capital Outlay bill that was passed by the Legislature while in Special Session earlier this month. I reported that I was able to secure funds for many projects in my District and throughout Dona Ana County. I pleased to report that Governor Susana Martinez signed the Capital Outlay bill yesterday in Las Cruces. She did not line item veto any of the projects
